George is a world-renowned formulating chemist and former Victor Mills Research Fellow at Procter & Gamble, where he spent 26 years in skin care, active-delivery technology, fragrance and oral-care innovation. One of P&G’s leading inventors, he is credited with 354 filed or granted global patents and helped develop platform technologies commercialized across brands including Olay, SK-II, Clearasil, Noxzema, Pantene and Crest. He is also an Emeritus Fellow of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists.
